Gong4All 2026

We invite you to be part of the third edition of Gong4All, our major international gathering centered around the sound of the gong.

Due to the International Music Day, therapists and facilitators from all over the world will open their spaces to simultaneously share an experience of sound, meditation, and connection.

Last year, we hosted 252 Gong Baths across 57 countries and 202 cities.

This year, we want to go even further.

We want sound to cross borders, connecting hundreds of GONGUIS and thousands of people around a shared experience.

WHEN SOUND UNITES US

In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, it is said that the gong creates music that is heard by the soul.

And perhaps that is one of the most special things about Gong4All.

For a few hours, people from different countries, cultures, and languages will gather around the same experience: to pause, to listen, and to allow sound to guide us into a space of greater inner stillness.

No matter where you are.

On that day, we will all be part of the same sound.

SOUND, WELL-BEING, AND RESEARCH

Since 2022, the International Institute of Sound Therapy has been collecting and analyzing data on the experiences of people receiving Gong Sound Therapy sessions.

The work carried out by our students has shown positive changes across various well-being indicators, including:

• Stress
• Anxiety
• Sadness
• Pain perception
• Energy levels
• General sense of well-being

Our purpose is to continue researching to better understand what happens in the body, mind, and emotions when a person comes into contact with the sound and vibration of the gong.

ONE MUSIC SCORE. HUNDREDS OF GONGS.

For this third edition, we have prepared something very special.

Participating GONGUIS will perform a music score created by Vikrampal, designed to progressively lead participants into a state of meditation, relaxation, and deep listening.
